About Us

After working with families and children for 10 years. I grew increasingly concerned about ever-growing bad relationships and attitudes towards food and its impact on overall health and wellness. This sparked my deep interest and passion to learn more and I studied a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine.

I have an insatiable desire to learn how the intricacies of the human body interlink with diet and lifestyle choices and how that impacts our overall well being. I am particularly interested in using food as the foundation of well being and creating new recipes with a twist, incorporating wholesome, nourishing and alternative ingredients to inspire a more natural approach to cooking.

But it doesn't stop there, I have realised that a true holistic approach incorporates daily practices such as exercise, yoga and mediation, heals the mind and body, bringing balance to your life.

With a diploma in early childhood education and Nutritional counselling, and a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine I am eager to support and help people on their continual health journey.
